Same as everyone else. Black screens when you toggle to home screen or another app. You have to completely close out and relaunch. Sometimes doesn't work in certain stores. And for the last week, it's been entirely unusable because it won't even open and gives an error message. Like it for coupons and flyer. Would be better if you could see the coupon applied to the item in your cart/on your list like the Shaw's app.

The old app was great! Now...it deleted my shopping lists, which were an essential part of my useage. No, having one list for everything I want to bookmark does not solve the problem. Additionally, it overrides the vibration settings on my phone to vibrate every time I add something to my cart. It's awful, it's driving me bonkers, and the only way to get it to stop was to individually turn off all vibration settings on my phone, meaning that I miss important phone calls. No longer worth using

the new 10/2025 update has ruined the app for me. I liked being able to input my shopping list then use the organize by aisle/department options to make shopping easier, and I like being able to have multiple lists. with the update, you can only have one list. you can still add items and sort it by store location, but you can't make notes or indicate quantity. and the new formatting makes scrolling through coupons and products harder. Did this get any UAT, I wonder?!
