The app works great most of the time but sometimes won't load. Also it's very frustrating that if I navigate away from the app (say to reference an online recipe ingredient list in my browser) when I go back to the Hannaford app it's completely black. I have to close the app and re-open it when that happens. When I go back to the app after writing this review, it'll be blacked out and I'll have to close it and open it again. Very annoying.

I like the app and the savings, but several times I've bought the items I have clipped coupons for, only yo discover the savings wasn't applied...then I have to find someone to show that I did buy the items, to get the money back. If you switch from the app to a list on your phone, when you go back to the app, it's black and won't open. I usually have to either close it or force stop it.

Goes black if you toggle between it and another app. The only way to fix it is to completely close it down and reopen. Updated with the latest version, so not sure of this issue, although it looks like the last update was June 2022. App is very useful other than that, but it is annoying when you're trying to plan your grocery list out and you keep having to restart it. Response was the same as others have received and just like them, restarting my device or clearing the cache did nothing.
