Same as everyone else. Black screens when you toggle to home screen or another app. You have to completely close out and relaunch. Sometimes doesn't work in certain stores. And for the last week, it's been entirely unusable because it won't even open and gives an error message. Like it for coupons and flyer. Would be better if you could see the coupon applied to the item in your cart/on your list like the Shaw's app.

Horrible functionality with the new updates. The app is constantly hanging up, and I can't clip or access any of my 'Just For You' rewards. It states, 'Sorry, we're experiencing technical issues and are unable to load coupons'. This all comes right after they sent me an email offering $12 off of my purchase of $60 or more. How convenient!

**editing to drop to 1 star based on response that slowness is "rare". and I am not eating my time making a phone call to support.** Not slow to load, the entire app closes out when using coupons or shopping list. I have to force stop the app and then don't do the action I tried or it will just happen again. Better off using the website than the app.
