I kind of like the concept, but I hate that I can't access it offline - big no go! Also the most helpful features (for me) are premium features which I can't afford.
I love this app. Short activities to do each day, informative articles to read and keep re-reading to deepen my understanding of why the activities can help, and a community of good people to be a kind person to while you work on yourself. Plus, you can do it without the sub with the medals they award you in each track as you go along (but the sub is definitely worth giving a try because the service on both app and desktop is really nice).
