Update: Solution to having to start all over after clicking on an item. Now you are able to go back to the previous page/item after clicking away AND you can review previously viewed items conveniently displayed in a dedicated line! Like the ability to "favorite" an item in the app and refer back to it when I'm shopping in store or online. HFT listens to suggestions for improvements to their app, just like their tool lines, which is why they continue to be my go to for value and quality!

I really like the app and that I'm able to search for and save products I want to purchase. The biggest issue I have with this app is that it constantly logs me out, after a few weeks of not using the app I find that I have been logged out and have to look up my login info to log back into the app. You would think that the app would keep you logged in since it's on your phone.

I absolutely love this place! I can't speak on the quality of the power tools, but I purchased my Shop-Vac, air compressor, and multiple other smaller things that are definitely comparable to the more expensive name brand items. Utilizing the coupon deals, sales, & insider track club($30/yr) special savings that rotates every week or two, You really won't find better deals anywhere else while still keeping quality products.
