I'd give zero stars if possible. HORRIBLE app. Glitchy. Takes almost 30 minutes to place an order bc the screen jumps all over the place. Can't add item to bag because theres no option to choose from on the wraps. I've updated app. Cleared everything. Nothing works. I don't know why I keep trying to use it. I'm in a very small town and restaurant options are very limited. Otherwise I wouldn't even attempt to order from Hardee's.

The only reason I got the app was because I travel. Sometimes there's a Hardee's nearby. It has been convenient to use at my local Hardee's but not at those attached to truck stops such as a Love's. But yet and still, they advertise the use of the app even though these locations are not available on the app or able to award points from their receipts. Sometimes those are the only available locations. Heck, even their competitor recognizes those locations in their app and rewards.

Overall a great app... However... Ever since the last update we can no longer use gift cards in app. This needs to be resolved. When you try to enter a gift card it will not pop open box to do so. Try all the general troubleshooting tips and it still does not work. It appears the update broke this feature. Many receive gift cards to use as gifts. Please allow gift cards to once again be entered for our orders. It just fine before the most recent update.

What's new

We heard you, and improved offer redemption and order pickup is here! Now when you want to redeem an offer or Reward, just tap it in your bag and we’ll automatically add the required menu item to your cart. We’ll also automatically check in your order as you’re approaching the restaurant, so your food will be fresh and ready when you arrive. No need to manually check in via email/SMS or with a crew member. Just be sure you have precise geolocation enabled while using the App!
