Ratings and reviews

Once I figured out how to navigate thru the app, I found it quite easy. The only thing I don't like is when I get a notification from Hardee's about a new deal or special. Because when I tap on the notification, it doesn't show me the message at all, just takes me directly to the Hardee's app and there's no option available to see what the message was! Please add a listing so I can see the message you sent me

Frustrating to the point that I give up on ordering. It's very glitchy, too bright, and not the most user friendly. It needs to be simplified. I have repeated difficulty redeeming my points on items. An "oops" message always pops up. It's also stupid to select "ASAP" at checkout and get confirmation of the order being placed on both the app and email, yet you have to click on a seperate link via a text for the order to actually be sent to Hardee's. It's honestly easier to just order in person.

Won't ever accept my code number for points added after purchase and there isn't a way to scan your app if you are making an order in store. Fix this! I've lost a lot of points due to this problem! Also, when you look at your transaction history, it should show method of payment, whether gift card and/or credit card, like Taco Bell's app does. Very helpful to have that feature.

Navigate to “My Code” and load whichever Reward or offer you wish to redeem, then simply
scan your Member QR code before you pay. It’s never been easier to earn more goodness!
