Advance limits are based on your account activity and balance(s), your direct deposits, your history of timely Advance repayments, your income and tax refund projections, and other risk-based factors. Your eligibility and Advance limit are evaluated regularly and may change at any time. You may only take one Advance at a time. Grid does not offer loans or credit products. There is no APR, no finance charge, and no loan obligation.

Don't waste your time!! THIS IS THE WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING APP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED!! They stop and stall everything randomly at their will Doesn't have to be a real problem for them to delay an approval for an advance, the actual payment of the advance, or the payback for days. Then you have no recourse to fix it, you just wait for 2-3 days for it to cycle through and correct itself, MAYBE!! It defeats the main purpose of getting an advance, the "now" factor is lost with them!!!

I have tried multiple bank accounts and so far it keeps saying it has an error connecting or sending the advance to any of my accounts. once you add the bank account it sends micro transactions to it to verify them but it's been 2 weeks and none of my accounts have received them. No customer service to help with the issue as it seems to be ai powered.

It's a Scam 😒🙄. You HAVE to pay to get an advance, defeating the purpose since most using the app are really low in funds. Also, cancelling is a scam. I cancelled my subscription right after getting my first advance as I knew it would be a one time occurrence cause I was in a big bind. Why have they continued to charge my card? In addition, I disconnected my bank, however whenever I attempt to open the bank connections part to verify the disconnect I am met with a blank screen... Yeah, SCAM.
