this was a great app and service but I have not been able to make a payment to my Grid credit card for 3 years bc it always gives me an error that they ran into a hiccup or something. I tried closing my account. they claim it's closed but I was just charged $10 for the monthly subscription fee even though it also shows my account is "free account". There's no way to remove your bank information so they can just keep scamming you.

UPDATE ON THIS APP!! i still have not been able to get any definitive answers to what is going on with my grid account!! it has been stuck on the same thing for over a year!! no change, no updates, no nothing!! but they definitely keep trying to collect a subscription fee for doing absolutely nothing for me!! so I'm getting really pissed about it and if they don't wanna correct the situation themselves then i can go a different route to get the issue resolved!! so hopefully they fix it!!

I have tried multiple bank accounts and so far it keeps saying it has an error connecting or sending the advance to any of my accounts. once you add the bank account it sends micro transactions to it to verify them but it's been 2 weeks and none of my accounts have received them. No customer service to help with the issue as it seems to be ai powered.
