It went from good to bad real quick. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to change my phone number. They said they can't do it online and they give you a number to call that no one ever answers or returns calls from. But money seems to be taken out of my account with no problem. I've called at least SEVENTEEN times and I have sent at least FIVE emails to the support staff and no one seems to be able to give a resolution but again money keeps coming out of my account.

It really sucks with the game tracking, would give it 1 start but 1 star are easy to remove on here. they paid out 1 time of $50. I finished a contest for $75 almost 2 weeks ago & yet have been paid for it. They respond like 7 days apart. looks like they pay quick 1st time but afterwards you won't get anything. Fun games but horrible tracking and customer service.

First off, I can't get an advance. That's not the problem. My problem is with their earn feature. I have to constantly open a support ticket to get credited for my milestones, and that takes a week. On top of that, I've been waiting to hear from a "specialist" because I can't cash out my earnings. Prior to this they wanted me to relink my bank. That didn't fix the issue and it's starting to feel like a scam.
