I want cancel booking and the app said I can cancel 30 mins before my booking time. yet when I tried to do so more than an hour in advance. the app rejected my cancellation and said I have passed cut off time! ridiculous. and none of the helplines work! WhatsApp helpline is not even registered on WhatsApp! I'm so upset! u hold my card and not honest with the cancellation time, now I'm trapped. if I don't go, I'll be charged in full. is this the way u do things? are u a scam?

This Apps is a JOKE. Can't even Display Current Bookings List(To Be Attended, Attended, Canceled). What Day(e.g Mon, Sun) of the Booking, such simple UI/UX experience is missing Only low end Company could offer such kind of Apps.

Very lag and slow. Unacceptable if you want to be a major brand for customers.
