This is a Fraud app. Whole Konnect system is a scam. I experienced a failed transaction due to their system error, but the amount was still deducted from my account and was not credited to the recipient’s account. Despite multiple attempts, my complaint has not been properly registered, and they give only excuses. It has now been 5 days, and the amount has not been reversed. When I followed up again, I was asked to wait additional hours, but the issue remains unresolved.

I have been using this for 3 years, but the last month is a nightmare. Almost every transaction fails: money is deducted but not received. While it auto-reverses, it takes 3–4 days to get my funds back. This is my salary account, and these delays cause serious financial issues. Customer care Support blames "server load," but it happens even at night. I can’t trust an app that holds my salary hostage for days due to technical glitches. Fix your servers and these transaction errors.

I attempted the transaction three times, and each time it showed ‘failed,’ but the amount was deducted from my account all three times. It has been two days, yet the receiver has not received the amount, and the money has not been refunded to my account either. In addition to this, we sometimes cannot log in to the app without any apparent issue. Kindly address and resolve all these problems as soon as possible.
