I had a transaction that failed due to a connection error, but the amount was deducted from my account, and it wasn't received in the other account. I filed a complaint, and the given resolution date has passed, but my issue still isn't resolved. When I contacted them again, they gave me an additional 48 hours, and its been over 72 hours now. The matter is still unresolved, and I can't even reach their helpline been calling for 3 days No one's responding to emails either.

ID issues occur, it doesn't work properly. My ATM card was lost, that's why I'm facing much more problem because ID not login. When I was entered the login ID & password then next page shows a check box and submit option. But those still shows an error. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Otherwise it's very disturbing case.

Pathetic services, I have been trying to connect on the help line as I tried many times but failed to login but they never attend the call. is there any way to contact konnect help line, I also reached out to the HBL helpline but they transferred my call to konnect but all in vain
