payments were failing so I uninstalled and then installed the app now its failing to recognize my device secondly, its sending an otp code on login and when I tap the box to enter the otp number keyboard isn't opening up. this is very frustrating HBL please fix it on high priority!

had an extremely poor experience. The Konnect agent advised me to either visit the bank or call the helpline. When I went to the bank, they said they do not handle this issue and redirected me to a Konnect agent or helpline. When I called the helpline, I was kept waiting for about 30 minutes, but no one answered. My funds have been stuck for six to seven months now. This is the worst banking app I have ever used. I would rate it 0/100. My account remained blocked since the day it was opened.

Dear Konnect by HBL Support Team, ​I am writing to bring a critical issue to your immediate attention. Since Friday, I have been completely locked out of my account and am consistently receiving an "Unable to Proceed" error. ​Despite trying every possible troubleshooting step over the past three days—including entering the correct credentials, updating my password, using the "Forgot Password" option, and even reinstalling the app—the issue remains unresolved.
