I attempted the transaction three times, and each time it showed ‘failed,’ but the amount was deducted from my account all three times. It has been two days, yet the receiver has not received the amount, and the money has not been refunded to my account either. In addition to this, we sometimes cannot log in to the app without any apparent issue. Kindly address and resolve all these problems as soon as possible.

Very bad app and worst customer service. I paid my hostel mess bill, the amount was deducted, but the transaction failed. My money is stuck. Customer service keeps delaying and has been saying “wait” for more than 3 days with no solution. I feel helpless. Do not recommend this app at all

ID issues occur, it doesn't work properly. My ATM card was lost, that's why I'm facing much more problem because ID not login. When I was entered the login ID & password then next page shows a check box and submit option. But those still shows an error. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Otherwise it's very disturbing case.
