Your app is absolutely pathetic. First, it won’t log in, and even if it does, it fails to process anything. Money transactions take forever, and transferring funds is a total disaster—no matter which bank I choose, the money just gets stuck. I’ve tried entering the T-PIN repeatedly for the last two days. It’s been over 24 hours now, and I can neither withdraw my cash nor transfer it to any account. This is a disgrace; you've built a truly terrible app."

Facing login problem since last one week, have made several calls even have registered complain but issue stands still and till yet have not received a single call from hbl Konnect regarding solution of problems i am facing with the app. The way of resolving customer complaints by hbl Konnect isn't satisfying, even on calls they failed to satisfy me regarding their app login issues.

This is a Fraud app. Whole Konnect system is a scam. I experienced a failed transaction due to their system error, but the amount was still deducted from my account and was not credited to the recipient’s account. Despite multiple attempts, my complaint has not been properly registered, and they give only excuses. It has now been 5 days, and the amount has not been reversed. When I followed up again, I was asked to wait additional hours, but the issue remains unresolved.
