This app is so frustrating! The biometric log in works AMAZING! The app itself freezes everytime I try to open recent documents. It has consistently been an issue in the last 2 months. I wish it would let you download documents like MyChart does. I also wish I could download an itemized bill like I can in MyChart. My HCA primary doctor has also mentioned not being able to view the documents from my hospitalization in February. She mentioned the notes would not display.

Hi, please give our Portal Support team a call at (855) 422-6625 for assistance with missing records and downloading them. While itemized bills are not available in the portal, these can be found by navigating to the HCA facility websites, selecting "Patients", then choosing "Patient Financial Resources", and scrolling to "Itemization of Services".

Terrible session state management. System is often down or throws error messages for several minutes. Slow when it works. Telephone support is foreign and essentially worthless. They can't troubleshoot technical problems and won't escalate to their IT support staff. I can't believe HCA has an app of this quality. Please don't tell me to call your support number because that's what I'm already referring to.

I have loved this app up until about a week or so ago. I had logged in to check on my last blood draw levels and I got all the way to the part where you can click on that days blood draw and it kicks me all the way out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still can't look at any records or results. Once this issue is fixed I would most definitely give it at least 4 stars. The reason for that is that the app is slow to load records once you click on what you want.
