Members can:

• Estimate the costs of procedures, tests and treatments

• Members with applicable pharmacy coverage can search for drug information and cost estimates, view and compare nearby pharmacies, and view reminders related to their prescriptions
• Members with applicable coverage can access MDLive for virtual visits with a doctor (MDLive uses allergies and medications from your HealthKit when requesting a virtual visit)

I can't login to the app without a second computer. I can't switch to my email app to see the verification code because the keyboard disappears and I can't get it back. So I keep spamming myself with verification codes because I can never enter the previous code when I switch out of the app. Was this even tested? Seriously, this is ridiculous. Edit for the reply below: I am using the latest version! There is no update available on Android!

This app, much like the insurance company itself, is designed to frustrate the hell out of you until you just give up. The biometric login does not work, and it requires multi-step authentication every single time I log in. It sends a one-time passkey through email that I have to type in correctly within 15 seconds. It won't allow me to have it sent via text. No matter how many times I click that box that says "Trust this device," it doesn't save it.

I had to call twice because the app was a nightmare. When I chose a new PCP it wouldn't save. Said there was an error. When I continued searching after filtering the map would show me a different state even after adding my zip code! The display list of results is terrible, NO information on providers, they included pediatricians and you can only select 1 type of specialty at a time. Providers and phone numbers aren't up to date. I called one and they were in a different state and none nearby.
