Ratings and reviews

It either gets stuck in a loop or kicks you off your account before you finish completing an expense. Very quirky and unreliable. Most unreliable app I have ever used. What should take a couple minutes to enter an expense and request reimbursement might get done in 10 minutes assuming you don't accidentally logout with the every 10 seconds popup message of app not responding! Forget about their apps and just use the HE website, much more reliable.

This new update is horrible, it may look good but it's useless. It keeps crashing, first telling me that I'm going to get logged out for inactivity when I'm actively using it, making me log in again to continue using the app before finally crashing. It takes ages to load anything and half the time it has an error and can't display. Can't wait for all the bug fixes so that I can use the app again...

HEALTHEQUITY MOBILE APP SUCKS! The app is extremely slow and freezes quite often. When I add a new third party provider to log an HSA expense, it saves, but then disappears and you can't select it. I sometimes receive error messages when trying to finalize a reimbursement. Using their app should be more convenient instead of more of a hassle. Will have to resort to using my PC again, unfortunately. HealthEquity needs to hire better app developers who actually know what they're doing.
