We’ll make sure your parcel goes where it needs to go. We offer great value, with competitive prices for standard and next day delivery.

Just drop off your parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop or Locker and we’ll do the rest. Or arrange for one of our friendly couriers to pick it up from your home.
Divert
Not going to be in? Change of plans? No problem – it’s easy to divert to a ParcelShop or Locker.

You’re on the right track with us. You can see where your parcel is at every stage of its journey.

If it’s not quite right, it’s easy to return an item for free to many of the UK’s top retailers. Arrange a courier collection or drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker.

Ratings and reviews

When it works it works. Trying to open any tracking info crashes the app. Sometimes old tracking info disappears. Delivery is a bit hit and miss. I sent a parcel yesterday and it almost arrived today. "Almost" because it ended up on the kerb side of the front gate. Not over the gate. Not up the path to the front door as expected. Just on the public road. T's & C's don't cover this possibility so no refund in this instance. Evri need to do better.

*Edit: uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed this.* Crashes 100% of the time when trying to click a tracked item to see details. Inputted new tracking number, crash. Went back into app, clicked on the new tracked item, crash. Clicked an old tracked item, crash. After so long, android gives a pop up warning that it keeps stopping. *Otherwise, it always tracked pretty well and I didn't have a problem with it.*

The app is well laid out and in my personal experience tracking times are rarely inaccurate, though they can sometimes be altered due to logistics issues. What I like about the app is that it does at least provide sufficient tracking information so as to give the recipient a reasonable idea of when to expect their delivery - something which is notably lacking in one courier's app in particular.

What's new

With this release, some of you will now see parcels automatically appear in the app without the need to click links or enter tracking numbers. This new feature is being gradually rolled out, so it may not be visible to everyone immediately. Enjoy a seamless tracking experience with parcels linked directly to your account.
