We’ll make sure your parcel goes where it needs to go. We offer great value, with competitive prices for standard and next day delivery.
Convenience
Just drop off your parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop or Locker and we’ll do the rest. Or arrange for one of our friendly couriers to pick it up from your home.
Divert
Not going to be in? Change of plans? No problem – it’s easy to divert to a ParcelShop or Locker.

You’re on the right track with us. You can see where your parcel is at every stage of its journey.
Take control
Whether you want your parcel delivered to your doorstep, a nominated safe place or a favourite neighbour, use the My places feature to set your personal preferences.
Returns
If it’s not quite right, it’s easy to return an item for free to many of the UK’s top retailers. Arrange a courier collection or drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker.

Ratings and reviews

Used to be great, but as some of the latest negative reviews, I am now getting "You can't login the app right" so unable to use it. This is an issue when trying to log into the app, so make sure whatever you do, don't log out or delete the app data. If you are already logged, this is not an issue. Tested this on multiple devices.

It's not much use and a lot of the reviews don't even mention the app but their delivery driver. No push notifications so you have to constantly look at the app. Information is unreliable and will say delivery on its way and coming in about an hour then after rushing home it will say unable to make delivery and will try next working day and this might or might not happen and often does not.

It's easy to use. It doesn't have a map to check where the courier is, but the tracking is still great and you get simultaneous emails as regards delivery time. I'm happy with it and that's saying something, as I'm useless on the internet and get unbearably anxious when a parcel is due. You can organise delivery to a shop etc as well on the app and state your designated safe place for your parcel. It just needs an added checkbox for "Deliver Only To Homeowner" as that is the only thing missing.
