The worst app I have ever used. It either takes forever to let me in or crashes several times. Occasionally, it decides to throw some random error messages or not letting me clock in. Clocking out is another level of frustration. It takes much longer to process and sometimes I have to make multiple attempts. My clock out time always end up being anywhere from a few minutes to 20 - 30 minutes late! Today, it crashed on me at least 15 times while I tried to log in for clocking out.

This is by far the worst clock-in app I've ever seen. It takes forever to load, it crashes, it's just horrible. But if you don't use it, you don't get paid, and I don't think it calculates correctly. Last week my check was short 6 hours, but I know I clocked in and out every day. And the really messed up thing is they know this app sucks and they will not adjust your hours or correct when the app crashes or fails.

Terrible app to use to clock in and out. I have constant issues with it, if it's not taking FOREVER to load, then I'm getting error messages. Or it loads and doesn't show the client info making it difficult to clock in or out. It is super slow and when I try to log in using my fingerprint, it doesn't recognize me. If it weren't for the fact that my employer uses it, I'd delete it.
