Ratings and reviews

Constantly have problems logging in. The most recent problem is not detecting internet service and telling me to log in offline but when I enter my PIN for offline mode it gives me an error saying Internet service available and to log in again. This process keeps repeating and never allows me to log in. I haven't been able to long in for a week now at least. When the big update happened and the format and layout changes I loved it and it worked better...but it's been hell and garbage for weeks

This is by far the worst clock-in app I've ever seen. It takes forever to load, it crashes, it's just horrible. But if you don't use it, you don't get paid, and I don't think it calculates correctly. Last week my check was short 6 hours, but I know I clocked in and out every day. And the really messed up thing is they know this app sucks and they will not adjust your hours or correct when the app crashes or fails.

App is completely and totally useless. Half the time it won't even recognize the schedule in the system. the log in is cut so narrow you can barely read your password when you enter it. Been using it for about 2 yrs now and it seems to get worse, if that's possible. If you don't absolutely need to use it - don't. Complete waste!!

What’s new

This update includes:

Extended Visit Search: View, search past visits from the last 31 days (previously 7), making it easier to review work history.

Improved Shift Notifications: Receive alerts for shifts in progress even when the app is running in the background, helping you stay on track.

Clock-In Accuracy: The app now prevents clock-ins for future visits to support EVV compliance and accurate timekeeping.

General Improvements: Additional bug fixes, performance and stability enhancements.
