Ratings and reviews

Asked for a refund, didn't think I'd get charged for premium features. Chatted with support and they said they refunded me and I never got the $10 refund. I thought signing up was a trial and not getting charged right away. Not using this app again. Guess I should have read reviews before ever signing up. People beware! You cannot delete your account and can't cancel any type of "subscription" without contacting support. Don't download and sign up!

In response to those complaining about the fees, it's in black and white in the terms and conditions: minimum $10/month to help lower bills, cancel subscriptions for you, etc. The free service let's you see what they can do for you, but it will still cost $10 per month to actually do the work for you. I consider this more than fair, and you can cancel anytime you want!

I followed the ad,, downloaded the app. Set up my account, and it asked what I wanted to pay monthly. I picked $0, and the screen said that I wouldn't get premium features. Ok. I set it up yesterday, 11/28. I open up my bank app today to see one of my accounts was charged $8. I used the chat, got ahold of customer service, and even though I picked the $0 option, they said that choosing that does not mean I won't be charged. Why was it even an option if your gonna lie about being able to use it?!
