For some reason, there is no way to select Auto ISO when using the "video" option when using the app on my Samsung. And its driving me insane trying to figure it out. Other than that, Im sure the rest of it will be fine.

Glitchy app. Looses connection with gimbal at least once per session. Quite often can't connect to the phone. It might take you 3 or 4 attempts to connect to the phone. My stock camera can record 60p1080 but the app can't for some reason. The limit is 30p1080 =(

Please try: 1. Keep the app up-to-date. 2. Restart your phone's Bluetooth connection. 3. Press and hold the gimbal's side dial seven times. 4. Clear the app cache.Using the built-in camera could change the video frame rate and resolution. If the problem persists, please contact our official customer service through the channel where you purchased.

I've only seen this app get worse with every update. First, they made gesture controls almost impossible to detect unless you're using the selfie cam on your phone (why bother, then?). Then the app starts to detect ghost inputs or needlessly disconnect from your phone, even after the only accessories attached are things that have been attached before and have never caused issues previously. If this is a sign of things to come, avoid Hohem's catalogue.

Please try the following: 1. Update to the latest app version. 2. Restart your phone's Bluetooth connection button. 3. Press the gimbal's side dial seven times. 4. Clear the app cache. 5. Clear your phone's system memory. If the problem persists, please contact our official customer service through the channel where you purchased the product.
