App design is only good. But user experience and functionality is terrible. Once a vendor cancels the job request due to lack of skills to install, the app apologies to the customer and says that they hope to be of use in the future! Nonsense!!! The customer care team calls now and says that they have only 1 carpenter in my locality who hasn't got the installation skills and so they decided unilaterally that I don't need the service. Totally weird and a confused lot.
