Extremely unprofessional. No one showed up on the set schedule. No one to call and complain. Seems to be a highly understaffed, inefficient, and unreliable service. Don't make the mistake of booking any service from this app.

Worst experience. No chat support, nothing in the app. Geyser was repaired saying coil & thermostat has been gone. He added new and charged 2000. After 3 months, again the water was not getting hot, when asked about that, the person who repaired asked visiting charge 300 extra plus parts repair charge also. When asked about the guarantee, he told that was only for 3 months. So are we dumb to get it repaired every 3 months

I had booked for the washing machine repair. The person who was assigned was different from person who visited the spot. There was no use of app otp, app wallet, price was fixed by the third person directly and had to pay without any negotiation.
