I badly need a better service provider than urban company after being tired of their pathetic services. Found this app on playstore and installed to book a technician for refrigerator repair. The app's login screen itself is not working. After entering correct OTP, getting "unknown error" error. In this day and age, an app unable to fix it's login screen is extremely had taste in the mouth. Uninstalling this app right away and restarting my search for a better app and service than urban company!
