Very bad experience. No one contacted me after booking the service. The service was cancelled from their side without any proper communication, and the advance payment has still not been refunded. The app maintenance is also poor — even after booking, there is no confirmation or follow-up from their team. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend using this app until they improve their service and refund process.

Very horrible experience. They charge money to book any appointment, depending upon the service we choose, later their aap shows they can't complete the task due to unavailability of the technician. Then the service request automatically shows closed. I tried 3 times to book different services but this app brutally failed to deliver commitment. They do not call or inform any update, just like a robot , service request closed itself. Very disappointed.

This is a most third grade app I have found till.noe , it got my bookings for 359 , but the technician didn't call or contact on the very day of appointment , No mark of him at all or no message or intimation from him , I was not also able to contact him over app as there was no option available, at the very very end of the day , the booking automatically got cancelled and only 29 rupees always refunded out of 359. Yet now I am not able to address this concern in the app or any email ID.
