The Total Connect Comfort app allows users to remotely monitor and manage their heating and security system – at anytime, from anywhere. Total Connect Comfort works with the following thermostat and security solutions:

- The evohome thermostat systems
- The single zone thermostat in conjunction with an internet gateway
- The European voice controlled thermostat
- The Wi-Fi Smart thermostat (available in selected countries)
- Evohome Security
- Sucrebox Security

With the Total Connect Comfort app users can:
- View and set the indoor temperature
- View and change the program time period
- View and set a quick action (on selected solutions)
- View and set the system's operating mode (on selected solutions)
- View and set the fan's operating mode (on selected solutions)
- View a 5-Day weather forecast
- Access multiple locations if more than one system is registered
- Use the Demo Mode before purchasing a thermostat
- Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available
- Turn on or off email notifications about the system's connectivity status

With the Total Connect Comfort app together with an Evohome or SucreBox security system, users can:
- Arm, disarm or partial arm their security system
- Take camera shots upon an automatic or manual alarm trigger
- Receive alarm notifications via email or SMS
- View the alarm system activity feed
- Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available

This is the worts user experience app I have ever seen The app does differentiate between on and off. 1/The button always says trun off. In addition there is a huge delay in a response so it's nearly impossible to guess if your heating is turned of or on 2/ The cancel button actually confirms the action so instead of doing nothing, it turns on the heating 3/ The "permanent" button in the turning on the heating gets you stuck on the screen. 4/ The app is named different in the app store

Buggy but usable. Pretty basic app just sets the schedule but fairly reliable, main issue is app regularly hangs and won't let you login. App wont show you if someone has overidden the target temp via the trv on the radiator so can come back to a cold room or leave heating on. Also sometimes seems to set a random temp target, not what you have programmed. Lacks advanced features such as geo fencing and no graphs showing any data about temperature and estimated heating costs so inferior to tado.

Works well and is easy to use. In the beginning, frequently but irregularly l was asked to log in again which was somewhat of a bother when I just want to change or check the temperature. This seems to have been fixed now - thanks! The only improvement I can think of would be to improve the speed of opening the app, but this is really just a detail.
