The app says it's paired to my photo booth but keeps asking to add new device. I put my device name in it says successfully connected. But it is not connected. I can't even scan QR code, share and download pictures without having to print each time, and the prints are choppy and have lines in them since my first print. I've printed over 30 pictures and still no improvement. FIX THIS ASAP.

Just bought this hp sprocket but I can login to print any pictures. The app is completely useless. I'll have to return the device and find something that has a working app. Im extremely disappointed.

it won't login. I have tried resetting my password tried uninstalling it but will not let me login in what so ever. Just gives up and the wheel keeps spinning once I've entered my credentials
