I believe this incident is nearly deceptive to customers. When finalizing a purchase, a screen appears prompting a yearly subscription. It seems designed to confuse users: I intended to pay for my order but ended up subscribing by mistake. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the amount could not be refunded since more than an hour had passed. The way this prompt is presented appears to me deliberately misleading to customers.

very unprofessional customer services orders received late after 1and more hours and even missing items if u ask to cancel the orderafter 2 hours they will keep negotiating and even threatening that they won't return your money and when u complain they will return just 10 SAR Even not enough to cover the fees of the other order you will request for the missing items and finally after hours they will send you sorry we will not repeat it next time !!! really do u think there's a next time

The app has become worse since the last update. -it logs out automatically -I have to log in every time -And even worse, when I try to log in it says "forbidden" the technical issues are making me hate the app and forcing me to order through other apps
