Needs to work without 4G Living in a very poor network location my only decent connectivity is over WiFi/broadband. Stop trying the fancy stuff with device authentication and enable login. This app shows absolutely nothing about my account. The variables simply do not update. And, what's with modify system settings permission? I simply do not want to grant you that permission. Take it away please. For now - uninstalled.
Connecting to Three.. That is it connecting forever 😂😂😈😈, then ops something is wrong?! Really 😡 uninstalled and reinstalled , clear cache, same problem. Let us to login with username and password if we already have one it can even be secured with fingerprint scanner, I'm an Android developer, can write the necessary codes if your team can't do it.
Does not work properly. Does now! I upgraded my phone and contract but the app still shows i am using my old plan and billing costs. Doesnt change when i refresh etc. Not great! Did what the developer said and now works as it should. Thanks for the helpful advice.
A big improvement, but... Long overdue, a huge improvement in appearance and layout, but why doesn't the current balance refresh automatically??!! I spent a couple of weeks thinking I was being frugal, only to realise that this info doesn't update each time you view it - THIS IS STUPID!! And, it's so slow too. COME ON THREE, this is one step forward, two steps back...
Why even bother? App will allow me to top up but not allow me to buy add ons, goes to a text based page that isn't optimised for mobile. I have to go through a browser to finish the transaction. Topping up is a nightmare abroad through the app
DIRE Hopeless. Try to top up.... Well... You try and find it in this "app". What an absolute waste of time. Continuously loops between telling you to disconnect wifi and use 3G...only to be unhappy with that and ask for an Internet connection... Which you had until told to destroy it. This is truly an abysmal offering from a company with all the resources one could ever hope for. Disappointing does not begin to cover it. Thankfully their web offering is a degree better for those needing to top up.
