Shockingly bad Does anyone at 3 actually know how to do regression testing. They have taken an app which reliably provided users with reliable usage and remaining allowance information and replaced it with something that does neither, whether through wifi or mobile data. As a mobile carrier I still rate them as good so won't be moving, but please either fix the app or revert to the old one.
Lack of simple info ruins useful app. Oh sorry it actually is there☺ Ok. I can see my remaining allowance but PLEASE could you also show how long do I have to use it? There's no information whatsoever about when current billing period ends. Previous version had it why this one doesn't? Please fix asap. (Or am I blind and cannot find it?🙃) Edit: As it turns out I am (or was?) blind. Although I could swear that when I've launched app right after update the info wasn't there! 🤔
Let's get set up Oops something's gone wrong. Every time you "make this app better" it forgets my details and thinks I'm on WiFi.. Even when its turned off. Cheers then, I'll have to top up the old fashioned way. Looks nice tho.
Useless most of the time Even since the old versions, the app asks for write permissions for your phone and the ability to make calls. If you decline both of these the app still worked as intended. Since the last update I can't even get this thing to log into my three account and I'm hoping it's nothing to do with this... Regardless it's been unusable since the last 2 updates for me and I have an S7 Edge
Got worse !! So three have listened to us and "improved" it again by actually making it worse!! Where are the coloured spots as in the store pic and earlier version that I liked? Why is it so hard to top up now? And why is it SO slow! I like three but this app is a joke now. Please sort it. (And yes I have repeatedly un/reinstalled it thank you)
The app gas got a lot better although The app works most of the time however I hate that I have to turn off WiFi and turn on mobile data just to check my account why I can't I do it over both !! I it don't use you your mobile data but it would be nice and less off a hassles , and it all wrong I got a gigabyte on the website and a megabyte on app
