I open the app, enter my three phone number, and the "enter" button does not work. Nothing happens, I've tried every format possible, nothing happens. I literally cannot use your app. App also crashed 5 times beforehand because I was attempting to use my keyboards paste function. Given your other recent reviews, looks like you need a stability/functionality update ASAP. I've downloaded both apps. The app I'm reviewing is the one I'm having trouble with (the one with white background)

Complete waste of time. You download the app to top up, but then are sent back to a website. When you go to another app and return, your place is lost. Then when you transact, it just hangs forever. What is it about phone companies and technology? You can quickly see that phone companies are not run by technologists! They are run by suits that don't know a thing about tech! And no I won't visit your facebook page or restart the app.

Well, after an ordeal getting through to customer services, I asked why my pay as you go credit is being used daily when I'm not even using the phone. It's only by pennies, but there's no logical reason for it. No data costs as I'm connected to WiFi...no calls or texts...as everyone knows these have just gone up extortionately. Three was unable to give me a definitive answer! This, and the rip off costs of calls now, I would advise anyone to explore other networks as I'm now doing.
