it works people do my head in moaning about things that work, its your brains that dont work cause you dont read, and thousands of apps have constant adverts in them, this app has one, and as for the surveys they give you the option not to do it, speak to me when you grow a brain, that'll be at 10 to never then
I just installed the app and thought that using Wi-Fi I will be able to top-up my mobile phone without any pain. Unfortunately, to top up my phone I have to use mobile network and if I don't have a penny in my Three account, I cannot use internet and Wi-Fi is not allowed. What a bizarre and stupid thing to do from Three point of view. And I just read the following... ***To view your account information through The Three App, you’ll need to access the internet using our mobile network, with Wi-Fi switched off.
Terrible "When stuff sucks make it right" is Three's quote about their network. Shame it doesn't apply to this app! I can't check my bills. It just says their is a technical problem and it's been like that for months.... and yes I ensured mobile Internet was on and WiFi was off so not a problem my end. Waste of time installing it.. But... BUT! They added emoticons support. Pmsl. How about you fix the problem of not being able to check my bills with the app before adding pointless features like emoticons.
Does all you need it to. Used to have so many issues with ee app, moved network, works perfectly. :-) one happy bunny.
App 3app won't let me see my bills.it's been over a week now.it keeps saying glitch.it's ever since some how I gone over my bill.customer service won't send me out paper bill!
Let me first say, this app is painfully slow. On my Nexus 5, it seems to take forever to load. So long that I get frustrated and click on something else, only for that app to load, and then Three InTouch comes up after. Doing anything in the app is slow. Waiting for it to catch up breaks the experience. Whatever perceived convenience provided by this app is made to feel useless with the amount of time you sit waiting around. When trying to send a message, it takes over 10 seconds to even show up in the message log. (Not the confirmation that it was sent, just my own copy of the message. ) The first screen that comes up is your contacts, which seems strange to me for an app that is probably mostly used for text messages. To me, this is so very annoying. The first screen you should see should be your messages. (Or at least give us a choice. ) When sending or receiving a message, your standard texting app is not updated with the new conversation. This can cause some confusion, but is pretty minor considering the other glaring issues. I will continue to use the app, but only for its utility, not its experience. Very very clunky.
Now you can send Jackson emoticons to your friends-or skip seeing Jackson altogether if you’ve had enough of him!
Pay Monthly customers can now also top-up a friend or Pay As You Go account using Three.co.uk.
Application with an automate notification which will remind your data quota.
