Very Useful, If It Worked The Three App is a great way to check up on your data and extra charges, and since they got rid of the all you can eat data, it helps me keep track of my limit. However, after the 'Please wait' at the top left, it does not want to load the info at all, not even if I leave it to load for a few minutes, rendering it useless. I tried reinstalling and it just isn't having it. Hoping for an update soon to fix this.
Not happy Wasn't particularly fond of the previous version but the new one is useless. Trying to top-up but the link for the website with my saved card info just tells me to download the app - with a picture of the old app!!! Very confusing and a complete waste of time. Meanwhile, I still have no credit.
Fresh new look Update much more concise. More information at hand, like the new layout and what can be accessed right away rather than leaving app to Web access. While I'm here my daughter has same phone, same deal etc but hasn't been able to update the app as I have, is there any reason why not?
New app is not as good imo Old app was much better. This one doesn't even load the info as stated in all these other reviews. "Sorry about this. There seems to have been a technical glitch". Yes, I know how to troubleshoot a nuisance app. More hassle than its worth. Please revert to the old app that worked flawlessly! Thanks. Edit: Update fixed it for me.
Updated and still does not work, sheer incompetence. Raised the issue, was told it was fixed. Shocking! Was good now screwed gives wrong value for data used. One of these updates that makes it worse. Well done 3 After 4 interactions with 3 I was told it was fixed. It's not. Most people would get fired for doing their job this badly
Old over New The old version of the app was alot better. The majority of the time I can not get on to check my allowance. Either comes up as an error or doesn't load the page properly. I preferred the version as displayed on the app before downloading.
