The app is absolute garbage, even after the revamp. The UI is all over the place, is heavy, takes ages to load in, and suffers from pop-in despite the loading screens — just load the data before rendering the view, guys. The bill breakdown is often meaningless and there are a few broken or missing buttons littered throughout the place (for example, removing a Call Abroad addon seems impossible). All in all, it just doesn't feel safe or reassuring to use and looks terrible. Start from scratch?

Horrible app, completely unnavigable. Terrible UI, random pages loading after pressing links, buffering for no reason after every action. Not to mention I randomly had something 'ordered' when all I did was try to view my account details but I can't even find what it is, even through the email link I got. It's always a blast when things go backwards instead of forwards. Well done, I'm out.

Still awful after the update. Still unusable. Trying to transition from the PAYG app, which at the very least worked, but this is hopeless. I'm unable to login, as the app keeps logging me out immediately. I can't top up as a result, so it seems I have to change provider. Three must have lost a shed load of customers last month. My dad had a similar issue, and already swapped to EE. Bonkers.
