App doesn't work correctly: you have to claim the reward voucher (which expires in 30 mins) before you are given access to the lists of restaurants, coffee shops or curry houses. The filters aren't helpful - eg there are no options to choose places that can provide vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options. Selecting partnered restaurant names (eg Papa John's, Las Iguanas, Banana Tree etc) says none exist in area but there are plenty of these in London! Can't use vouchers as now expired. Useless!

One-time password is not suitable for Mobile broadband customers, when you are not home, it's a real pain. You have to login to the router to get the sms code every time. Would be better if the option linked to the account email as an option, especially for Broadband customers. You end up on missing out on the benefits as you can't login as well!

the offers are good but the app itself is poor. it logs you out randomly even when you have set it not too and often when you save a reward it comes up with an error message saying there's an issue when the reward has saved. I have also had it that I have gone to use a reward I definitely redeemed, however it just vanished
