Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work correctly: you have to claim the reward voucher (which expires in 30 mins) before you are given access to the lists of restaurants, coffee shops or curry houses. The filters aren't helpful - eg there are no options to choose places that can provide vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options. Selecting partnered restaurant names (eg Papa John's, Las Iguanas, Banana Tree etc) says none exist in area but there are plenty of these in London! Can't use vouchers as now expired. Useless!

The Nero coffe codes.The number of codes is now a quarter of the original number! I, personally, have no interest in the junk food on offer. They have now disallowed getting the code early to save, which was very convenient. The three+ app is slowly degrading, the small discount worth less every day. It's going the way of the Dodo, and my Three sim account will not be far behind.

This new update and how they changed the perks is now awful. The Nero code and price increase with the cinema on top, seems awful now. the old method and price was great as that worked fine for years. you need to revert back to how it was to give your customers the best of perks as that made it a little bit manageable with all the price increase.
