App doesn't work correctly: you have to claim the reward voucher (which expires in 30 mins) before you are given access to the lists of restaurants, coffee shops or curry houses. The filters aren't helpful - eg there are no options to choose places that can provide vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options. Selecting partnered restaurant names (eg Papa John's, Las Iguanas, Banana Tree etc) says none exist in area but there are plenty of these in London! Can't use vouchers as now expired. Useless!

As they include comments on the 'rewards' in the description it seems appropriate to say that the 'rewards' are no longer worthwhile. I recently got into the Cafe Nero reward, at first paying £1 seemed like a loss after the occasional free one, but it became good value. Then they doubled the price to £2, so it really doesn't feel like a 'perk' anymore. I note the 'code' remains available on the last day. People appear to not like this change.

the rewards themselves are okay, nothing special. the app itself is absolutely useless. it constantly causes you to log out, often failing to log you back in. rewards codes then don't load causing me to regularly pay full price for things I'm only buying for the reward. it's quite impressive for a rewards app to actually cost you money. I mean you're a tech company how hard is it to make an app that works, as a previous O2 customer I can tell you their app works, maybe I shouldn't have switched
