The food is great but the app is terrible to put it nicely, it runs slow and crashes fairly often. Half of the time I can't even log in so the point system is basically useless. Update 3/11/26 Both the app and website are still so incredibly broken that you cant even buy food from this company. I hadn't ordered food from here in almost a year because of the issues with ordered in app or online but figured by now they'd have fixed it. I was very wrong and will continue not giving them my money.

The app changed yet again. I lost reward points somehow and now I have to "register" my credit card to earn points with my purchase. It took three times before I could place an.l order. Beware when using this new version! This company is working overtime to keep you from earning/using your points.

used to be absolutely amazing to use. now, don't even waste your time. I had to call to order a pizza at a local blaze that I've been ordering at for over 5 years! That's how terrible the app is. Why can't companies see that you don't change what just works. People like reliability, like scanning your receipt, reward systems that actually work, or just signing in with a password, instead of that email sign in, registering your credit card or errors that tell you something mysterious is wrong.
