I have had this service for about 3 years. Am retired and on a fixed income. The last 3 or 4 months the modem just shuts off and sometimes stays off over 24 hours. When I FINALLY got hold of customer "service" they said it would be $99 for a service call and $99 a month thereafter. I can barely afford the $64.94 a month I'm paying now. The girl I talked to was totally oblivious to anything other than the rehearsed script she was reciting - I could not get a word in edgewise, said shut up!!!!!

I accidentally got rid of my CenturyLink home app & now when I go to the Play Store it shows it's still in my phone & gives me a button to "Open"...which leads me to login, but then it NEVER logs in! I'm so frustrated! Later...tried again, still doesn't work! I give up!

I can not get the app to even open. I can't login on my computer either. CenturyLink is very pathetic excuse for internet. I wish I had choice in my area. Their service is very unreliable
