This App WAS a very useful way of managing my card & accout. However, for the last 5 months, when I try to make a payment to my account it stumbles during verification and I get an 'OOPS, problem at our end' message and I have to make a phone payment. There doesn't seem to be anyone that can (wants to) help me resolve this problem!

Bad for credit building & pretty useless credit amount 1/6 of my Vanquis. All Capital One has done so far is cost me 76 points, Vanquis & Zable didn't cost any points & only increased my rating with use. I use them for everything & pay everything back, what's the point in a £200 credit card that hurts you're credit rating? At the moment I wouldn't use Capital One for anything else. This has obviously annoyed me, I don't normally do reviews.

Push notifications don't work. Yes I did check "confirming transactions" (sic) in the app, and also notifications in Android. The app does NOT log you out when you press home to exit the app. The statement PDFs are so tiny you cannot read them, and there is no zoom available. Just terrible.
