When I try to deposit multiple checks thru with my phone thru the app, it'll change the account I'm trying to deposit into on it's own. So I've deposited 3-4 checks at different times and realized that they didn't all go into the same intended account. A couple went into personal and a couple into business. It's happened a few times now. Not a huge problem, but I don't know why it does that if I didn't change the account. An inconvenience really..

It's a great app and I use it all the time and I'm pissed that they just updated it to make it so ugly when there was no need to change its appearance. The design before was streamlined and pleasant to look at and they decided to make it look minimalist so all the info boxes blend together and my accounts now look like one big jumble of numbers. I wish I could choose to go back to the old look.

Just doesn't work for me. At all. I put in all my info and double checked everything with my papers and all but it just says there is a technical difficulty and to visit the home page which brings me right back to the sign in sign up screen. It's been like this for me for a month. Please fix it, I'd much rather be able to use the app than have to struggle with the website (which is actually miles easier I just don't like using it if I don't have to) or drive 40 minutes to the local SAFE.
