It could be the app, it could be management at this credit union, or it could be some combination of the two -- Nearly every mobile deposit I attempt through this app is refused for some nitpicky reason. Today it was "image illegible". The images were clear as a bell. It has gotten so frustrating, I'm looking for a new bank. It sucks.

i have been a client of RTPFCU for nearly 25 years now and would heartily recommend them to anyone. they are always completely hospitable, professional, and will go out of their way to help! I moved away from Raleigh and was worried that I might have to switch banks. Their new app makes banking remotely effortless!

I live out of state and this App is a Godsend! LOVE the swipe down feature to get a quick view of my accounts. Banking is simple and convenient and I never have to walk into a bank!
