This app has one of the most frustrating user experiences I've encountered. The biggest issue is that it constantly displays "We don't serve this location," even when selecting nearby McDonald's outlets. What's even more disappointing is that the same message appears when choosing Take Away. Takeaway orders shouldn't depend on a delivery service area. Even worse, the app completely blocks users from browsing a restaurant's menu. Sometimes I don't even want to place just want to brows the menu

I had my worst experience as when I ordered and choose cash on delivery, they called me and asked my address and to talk rudely and told that some one from my area always orders food and cancels it. I repeatedly told them this my 2nd time ordering food and I am not aware what he is talking about. But he told that pay online or he will cancel order. I agree that he may have faced problem earlier but talking like this without confirming is not acceptable. This is not how you treat your customer.

- Multiple app issues. Adding address was a pain. Had to try many times. Also, Order status was not accurately shown. App said in the kitchen. Order was at my doorstep already. - No call routing. My number is shared with everyone from store to delivery person. As a result, Delivery person attempted to contact me after delivery. .
