I genuinely enjoy McDonald’s and usually have a good experience with them.my recent order was not gd. items , and the customization instructions were not followed. I had specifically requested that some ingredients not be added, but they were included. On the other hand, ingredients I asked to be added were left out. mismatch between what was ordered and what was delivered affected the overall experience. Order not confirmed even after 1 hour of order placed. no refund even after 1 day. Online spam is common these days however people are more educated as well. Consumer court is best way to file a complaint and get double the amount. Thats exactly what am going to do next since my case is not considered after filing multiple complaints through the app.

Worst experience ever , I've ordered the new Sipper combo from a layout which is 2.9kms away because the item is not available in the nearest outlet.The management or the delivery person called me and said to order in other layout and cancelled my previous order.
