I order alot from here Never had an issue before until recently when I ordered warp, burger and a medium fries. the order was already late but I was told about it so I wasn't bothered so much. The issue arised when I recieved my order and I paid the full amount (COD) only to realise I didn't receive my fries that I paid 120rs for. I filled a complaint but they closed the complaint without ever inquiring about it. I lost my money, didn't get the food and worst of all customer support didn't care.

Used to be a great app, but not anymore thanks to performance issues and the fact that some orders are not fully delivered(1 or 2 items missing). This has become a regular thing these days which is pathetic service to say the least. Am specifically talking about the hyderabad(SD road) branch.

ordered for the first time and got disappointed. It's been more than one hour but my order hasn't arrived yet. In the app it was showing that food will be delivered within 25mins. And the number provided in the app is ringing but no one is receiving the call
