I like the service and the card, it's a good idea with lots of potential. I haven't had problems with them. But: - recently they started having a free service which is extremely limited and charging for something just limitedly superor and most importantly: - they don't have (yet?) rules to match vendors/sellers to cards. this is by far the best thing they could do to make the service really useful. I will go premium if they add the rule. now three stars for asking money no real usefulness

The US version of the curve card was a credit card not a debit card which is highly disappointing. What a waste of a credit hard pull. The app is excruciatingly slow and buggy. For instance, Curve keeps asking me to verify my email, but everytime I try, the app keeps trying to change my email. I still need to test the card but if it is as disappointing as the app, this card and app will be trashed.

The app is filled with bugs. It constantly closes, you have to click the same prompt multiple times to move forward. Applying for the card is a pain. My profile is bugged and it can't move in the application. Customer service is asking me the same question multiple times after I sent them proof that it wasn't the issue. Overall, better off to save yourself the headache until this company figures out the operational and technical problems. If launch is this terrible, imagine the day to day.
