Absolutely trash. When I want to make payment, (1) I have to remember the amount payable, (2) manually copy and paste the policy number, (3) remember what type of insurance it is, and (4) after keying in my bank access code and pin, nothing happens. I am starting to think this app is a 3rd party scam app and I have just entered my e-banking access codes for their perusal. No wonder no one insures with them

UPDATE Worked on website browser. just not on mobile for the first time registration. ‐-------‐‐---------------------------------------------------------trying to login for the first time. with singpass its asking me to allow retrieve info despite signing in. and after I click retrieve info, singpass throws an error because they dont allow in app browser retrieval. Was this misses during testing? or am I doing something wrong?

I am very frustrated, trying to make payment thru the app, manage to key in the user id and password but it stays at "logging in" for a very long time. Not sure if anyone has the same issues.. please fix asap. Thank you.
