So the app can sell travel insurance now. But after buying, cannot see it in the app although SMSes confirm it's bought App so nice can key in details and go ALL THE WAY until payment then Oops Error LOL waste people's time sia. ... AIA app can login with SingPass Income app just keeps spinning after tapping login with SingPass. Support reply was amazing, need to ask me to take recording of their own buggy app!

I used to have tremendous confidence with Income but their customer service level has dropped tremendously and it is very difficult to get anyone to respond or provide help. If I could have use self help I would, but unfortunately it requires their customer support and it is extremely tedious to reach any real person. Even the people at the retail stores cannot help you as they tell you it is a sales office and they are unable to assist you. They point you back to getting support via email.

This is one of my very few feedback on Playstore. Honestly the app couldn't quite do what it is suppose to do. Several months ago I tried to buy travel insurance, only successful after many attempts. Several months later, tried to submit a claim again issues. After filling up the ID and policy number and tapped login, I got a OTP SMS but there is no field to enter the OTP. But every tap will trigger a OTP SMS, so I got alot of SMS. Disappointed.
