Absolutely trash. When I want to make payment, (1) I have to remember the amount payable, (2) manually copy and paste the policy number, (3) remember what type of insurance it is, and (4) after keying in my bank access code and pin, nothing happens. I am starting to think this app is a 3rd party scam app and I have just entered my e-banking access codes for their perusal. No wonder no one insures with them

Not user-friendly. Unable to submit claims within the app. When directed to the My Income portal from the My Income app, there is a prompt to download My Income app when clearly I was still within the app. It would be more efficient if both are integrated. To make things worse, I have been unable to log in to the My Income portal for the past few days. (25 Nov) Edit to respond to developer: Permission is enabled for camera. (Update on Aug 2025) Still unable to submit claims via app at times.
