I used to have tremendous confidence with Income but their customer service level has dropped tremendously and it is very difficult to get anyone to respond or provide help. If I could have use self help I would, but unfortunately it requires their customer support and it is extremely tedious to reach any real person. Even the people at the retail stores cannot help you as they tell you it is a sales office and they are unable to assist you. They point you back to getting support via email.

Worst app and very bad customer support. Income insurance does not need customer. I couldn't renew my policy through app and website, always error message. I try to call customer support, no option to talk to the officer. Automated system said will send sms link but also didn't receive. Frustrated. Now I am looking for another insurance company for my vehicle.

All ok, except the music when the app open. I have no intention to let everyone know that I open the income app, it is such a nuisance. Please remove or allow to disable.
