The app is overly complicated, requires other apps to sign in, doesn't work correctly half the time, the phone app and computer app don't show the same things and operate differently. Since yesterday the app won't work at all. It allows sign in but when I try to go to anything in the app it crashes. My work IT had no answers on how to fix it. *UPDATE: The app is working now after the update, hopefully this time it will stay that way. Thanks for the assistance.

Very glitchy. My employer uses this and wherever you call IT, there first advice is to uninstall and reinstall it several times. Most of us have to do this several times a month. When it does work it's sluggish. Schedule changes may not be saved. The only reason a lot of us use it is to avoid the alternative of driving to work on your days off to access scheduling, etc. I sure hope our employer is saving a sh#$-ton of money 💰

This is the worst clocking in app ever! After updates, you cant clock in on time because your pin automatically stops working, so you have to reset your pin, causing you to be late to work even though you're not late, you're sitting in the building. They say use the computer so after you sign onto the computer and log in to infor, you are still late.
