This is the worst clocking in app ever! After updates, you cant clock in on time because your pin automatically stops working, so you have to reset your pin, causing you to be late to work even though you're not late, you're sitting in the building. They say use the computer so after you sign onto the computer and log in to infor, you are still late.

This app is exceptionally bad. There is no colour coding for available/not available/scheduled, so the scheduling unit frequently sends shift offers whether I am available or not. Inputting availability is less simple and flexible than my company's last scheduling provider. A lot of the app is not mobile friendly, which is the whole point of using an app over a browser. I'm guessing InforGo is cheaper than other schedule apps, but hopefully my employer will look at other options.

The app is overly complicated, requires other apps to sign in, doesn't work correctly half the time, the phone app and computer app don't show the same things and operate differently. Since yesterday the app won't work at all. It allows sign in but when I try to go to anything in the app it crashes. My work IT had no answers on how to fix it.
