Clock in and clock out with Infotech has become a horrible experience. Before this, it was never an issue, but now the facial recognition system constantly fails. If you have a bigger forehead, an oily face after work, or a bad selfie camera, the system often flags you as “spoofing” or says the light is “too bright” just because of reflections. What used to be a smooth process has turned into a daily frustration, and something as simple as clocking in and out shouldn’t be this difficult.

Hi Dillon, we are using Google GeoLocation API to obtain user location data while clocking attendance. For such situation, it could be due to weak Wi-Fi signal. You might want to try switching to different Wi-Fi network. Or you can also toggle on Airplane Mode, wait a few seconds and then disable it again.

The application consistently experiences difficulties during photo and document uploads. Specifically, when attempting to file a claim, the upload fails and generates the error message: "Cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection." This occurs despite a verified stable internet connection that functions correctly with other applications.

After the latest update, it's getting worse. Can't scan the face, until a few minutes. It is so disturbing, I almost checked in late for work because of this problem. And another thing, always have some pop up when I scan my face. Please fix this.
