Secure access
Once the app is installed and your profile is created, you can access it using a 5-digit secret code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

It's very usefull and has properly improved itself with the updates so that the most common bugs and problems are not present anymore. Though the app has good and bad moments, payments fail on regular basis. The scanner needs improvement.

App stopped working, and even online on a computer I can't make payments... After a long search to file complaint, one suggesting to download the app, another telling me "easy" steps to file complaint, NOT! Needing my account details to file complaint, which I can't reach, cause the stupid app doesnt work! It took me a very long time to figure out how and where to file complaint, so I'm doing it this way.

Can't log in, app not usable. Throws errors whether using ItsMe or card reader. Also, ING now spamming me with ads in the mail, which is both unwelcome, and anti-environmental. Update: a year later, and still not been able to use me card or app or anything, and ING wants money for services never rendered. Worst. Bank. Ever.
