Install the app in less than 2 minutes with the help of itsme®, your ID card or with your ING card reader and ING debit card. After that, you will be able to log in easily using a 5-digit secret PIN code, your fingerprint or facial recognition.
For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

when clicking on "temporary block and then unblock card" it successfully blocked the card.... however when trying to unblock the card, the app consistently re-ask for pin and then crashes. So I'm unable to unblock my card anymore!

Worst. Launch. Ever. Can't access bank with old app, can't register my account in the new app, you've left me with ZERO WAY to access my bank with my phone. That's a very basic function of any bank now. Seriously ING! You didn't even give enough time to fully bake your new app...didn't want to be late for some bureaucratic deadline that some executive promised I'm sure. I have not had any problems with ING/smart banking in the past but as a traveler, I may need a new bank if this continues.

after breaking my phone, i cant get logged back in on the new one. i need either itsme (for which i need this app to be logged in in a perpetual broken cycle), a card reader which i dont have available while traveling, or through the ID/passport option which is bugged out. theres no customer support available outside of the non-working app, no email to contact. theres only a phone number which im unable to call from a foreign country. please contact me and help out
