They're alright for cookies. Some of their seasonal stuff is super good but they're chocolate chip cookies are not good! That's the classic man! Their ice cream is over priced as well. Wish they had some better deluxe other than the Reese's, but even with those, they've started reducing the amount of toppings on.

The cookies are really good. But this review is for the app itself. Was told it was better to order this way so we tried, this app is the worst. Took a bit to sign up but trying to add the referral code was the worst and finally gave up after 20 minutes. Then when you went to validate account it kept giving a error message. Hole process took over 30 min. Now we missed out on the exta rewards.

First off, the cookies are great! The low score is for the app specifically. The app and site mostly functions fine, but the Loyalty rewards are poorly designed. it seems that you are unable to accrue rewards if you pay ahead online because they don't automatically accrue to the account. you have to have it manually scanned in store BEFORE you pay.
