I've used this app for several years to get esims when traveling. I travel a lot. It used to be that set up was easy, data was great, price was very competitive. However the last two times I tried to use it, esim keeps showing installation failure. When I try to use the Chat function to get assistance, it doesn't do anything. I loved this app before but sadly it's so unreliable now.

I keep trying to log in to instabridge but it keeps loading and it prevents me from signing in and using the app, ive heard people saying that its good but it doesnt even work so how can I prove it that its actually good, if you can help me I would be GLAD but I don't think you will tbh🥺.

There are no settings, you cannot change anything, you cannot remove payment details once added!! They charged me for data I did not use! They refunded me the money in the end after I sent them a complaint. Still, be cautious when using this application. They can charge you at any moment and you don't have a lot of control over usage or billing.
