I have been trying to register for about 2weeks now and it's not working, it keep saying unable to send OTP and when it eventually sent the OTP, my passport photo faild to upload. please what's the issue or can't one register as a foreigner anymore?

The customer care department is so slow. Especially when it comes to WhatsApp. You send a text, after 40 minutes is when they respond. And even if you respond immediately, still they'll respond back after 40 (forty) minutes. It's so frustrating.

It is so frustrating; it's been five days, and my transactions are still pending at mama end. Customer care is too slow, not even responding properly. Mama Money is not a better option anymore; I should look for another.
