I used to think their app is the best, not until I lost my R5000+ , their agent so clueless and unprofessional. a transaction made through the Mama Money app was reversed instantly , and until now, I didn't get back my money, and my supposed recipient didn't get it as well, I have made calls and messages to their agent countless times, they don't know what to do .so clueless. Every day, an investigation will be conducted .an investigation upon investigation, yet nothing investigation and

heard about it from someone and wanted to try it out, started with a small amount and the money disappeared. tried talking to them on WhatsApp and calling but no one would assist me, they keep saying that they are waiting for the money to reflect yet it take 24 to 72 hours to reflect. it has been 2 weeks now without any help to get my money.

it's an ok bank to keep your money but only wish it could also do direct bank to bank transfer.. and the downfall on my side every day I'm receiving declined card transactions when I didn't even use the card . But overally Mama money is ok
