I've had an awesome experience with island pay thus far. I have received my payments on time, and the kiosk machines are easy use. The prepaid MasterCard is nice. It has been such a convenience. I have used it several stores and didn't have any issues. The customer service is superb! They couldn't reach me via my cell and they emailed me. Awesomeness! The daily limits can be readjusted, as well as the total amount of funds that can be deposited, then y'all would get ten stars in my book. 🏆

Recently came to my country. Positives . Very easy to add money to your wallet. Negatives. No list of businesses that actually accepted island pay. If any do. Recently added companies that can be paid through the app in their billers section, such as electricity water, insurance etc, so that's good. Decent attempt, but without some minimum adoption by merchants, the wallet function will be pointless, and will end up like the other mobile payments app, mmoney. Dead and forgotten.

App is faulty. Sent email to the support email weeks ago haven't received any reply. Sent what's app got a reply saying sorry for delay working on issue. Now two weeks later still no resolve. Now any time that I send a message they either just read it and not reply or don't read it at all. Customer service is definitely a 0. Sign up process was not smooth. Always an error message. When it finally accepted my documents I had to redo my documents again after 3 days then it said account approved
