Ratings and reviews

No issue with the barebone app but has a lot of issues with the login, lack of customer support & roaming. I can't receive OTP because iPad can't receive OTP & that seems to be the only way to log in. Customer service is lacklustre & doesn't respond to email. WhatsApp business doesn't offer customer service. No phone number to call. Now need to go find the service centre, which only operates on weekdays. Roaming signal is weak & keeps disconnecting.

The screen appears blank, unable to load despite clearing data, cache, and reinstalling. It seems that the issue has been lingering for some time, as many individuals are experiencing the same issue as indicated in the reviews.

Network is fine. Service is lousy. Does not provide change of mobile number. I have no choice but to subscribe to its new line with new number and request to terminate my existing number. I emailed them and provided them the necessary info they required. No reply and nothing happen after more than a week.
