After a multiple efforts could book a ticket for my wife's journey. The bus was leaving original stop late night and Boarding stop falls after midnight, app was throwing error message for the date. Tried to reach technical team, helpline number, no use. Neither phone was reached, if reached it was not answered. Very difficult to get technical support if you require. No option but to continue with the app.

I had a terrible experience with this app. I booked a ticket and recieved a confirmation email, but there were no bus details provided either in the email or app. I waited at the bus stop with no updates or information. On the top of that, I tried calling their number multiple times, but no one answered. Completely unreliable and frustrated service.

Overall, The experience with the MSRTC app has been good, except for one issue,The feedback option is not working properly. If we want to report an issue or provide feedback regarding bus conditions or services, we are unable to do so. not satisfied with this, and believe it should be improved...
