I booked a ticket on the MSRTC app and paid online, but when I reached the bus stand at the scheduled time, the app showed that my ticket had failed. My money has also not been refunded yet. This app is very useless. Because of this, other ordinary people who don’t know much about mobile booking suffer a lot. They keep waiting for a long time and when the bus arrives, the seats are already fully reserved. Those who don’t have a booking have to stand and travel the whole journey.

The MSRTC app is useful for booking tickets, but it needs some improvements. The app often shows buses that are not actually available, and there’s no clear option for refund or cancellation. It would be great if the app provided accurate bus status, easier refund options, and faster customer support.

The app is full of bugs. When I try to delete my account it shows “Invalid Method.” And when I attempt to change my mobile number, it says “Number already exists,” even though I’m entering a new number that’s never been used before. Please fix these issues. Users should have control over their accounts and data
