Very disappointed with the MSRTC bus service. Buses are often late and not properly maintained, Passenger comfort is not given much attention. The biggest issue is that there is no proper tracking available in the app, and bus numbers or conductor contact numbers are not provided, which makes it very difficult for passengers to know the bus status. The app should provide live tracking and bus details for better convenience. Also bus depot contact nos not updated.I hope MSRTC improves its service

The daily running buses shown in the app are not updated. I waited for 4 hrs for the bus and the enquiry said it would come but it never came. Another bus which was listed on the app came but the driver said it will not go to the point which is written on the bus and it will go till the halfway of the mentioned point of the bus. What kind of service is this? Buses, timings, cancellations and status should be updated on the app correctly every minute.

This app deserves 1 star rating. because when I tried to get tickets and payment successfulled but after their app crashed and I call them regarding this they didn't picked my call for refund the service of this app is very very low so please don't install this app. I don't know when my payment get refund. so please don't install this app...!
