I had a terrible experience with this app. I booked a ticket and recieved a confirmation email, but there were no bus details provided either in the email or app. I waited at the bus stop with no updates or information. On the top of that, I tried calling their number multiple times, but no one answered. Completely unreliable and frustrated service.

Bad experience for the first time travel. Booked a ticket. The bus didn't arrive in time. I waited for 45 minutes near the platform, called the headquarters for enquiry. They were more confused. I thought, i might have missed the bus or it's not coming. Finally booked another bus. Got call after another 10 minutes that they were stuck in traffic. They should at least inform the passenger or share the conductor contact number with us. Very bad experience.

I completed my profile registration by filling in all the required details. However, when I enter all the travel information and try to book a bus ticket, nothing appears on the next screen. I only see images of state transport buses scrolling, and nothing beyond that loads. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. It also feels like the app will not notice this issue.
