I installed the latest update and tried to book a ticket. After selecting the ticket and making the payment through Easebuzz, the fare amount was deducted from my bank account. However, the ticket booking failed, and I received an error message stating that the payment failed, even though the payment appears to have been approved or completed successfully. I have not received any transaction ID, and the ticket was not booked. Could you please let me know how I can get a refund for this failed

Poor experience. Payment was deducted through Easebuzz, but no ticket was generated. The app is not working properly and I had to book the ticket again through the website. Refund processing through Easebuzz is very slow (7–10 business days). In comparison, Paytm usually processes failed transaction refunds much faster. Please improve the app stability and refund process.

After updating the MSRTC Bus Reservation App, I am facing an issue while booking a ticket. When I add my daughter, who is 7 years old, as a passenger and proceed to payment, the app shows the error: "Amount Not Match UI 236" Because of this error, the payment page does not open and I am unable to complete the booking. Due to this issue, I had to visit the bus depot and purchase the ticket from the booking window. Kindly investigate and resolve this error at the earliest.
