I wanted to share my experience with the application. After booking my ticket, I received a confirmation email without bus details. When I reached the bus stop, there were no updates in the app, and I ended up missing the bus. Surprisingly, the app still showed my journey as "in progress," even though I hadn’t boarded. Additionally, there’s no route info, map, or bus details within the app, which are essential features. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance user experience.

My experience prior to upgrading was fairly nice, however after upgrading it was quite disappointing. If I search for a bus from point a to point b, it should return all busses that travel between those locations. However, the app does not allow you to search for bus services from one location to another; instead, it just shows the bus's starting and terminating points. Dear developer, you need to work really hard on this issue and fix it immediately.

This app is almost good but some routes are not properly updated. we can't select our boarding location I.e. all stations are not updated, this results in a horrible fight with conductor. They make you feel like you are fool you did a reservation, it's almost a crime. I have also tried to contact their customer care to resolve this issue. but those PPL can't help with these issues as it relates to back end, so they ask us to contact concerned depot. vicious circle it is.
