This has been the worst application experience I have encountered. I subscribed to the Insane Vibe Package, and although the payment was successfully deducted, the package has not been activated. Despite submitting multiple complaints, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. This lack of response is highly disappointing and unacceptable. Worst Customer Support.

Very disappointing service. I subscribed to a shared bundle with data, calls, and SMS, but we only needed mobile data. There’s no option to unsubscribe or customize the package. On top of that, the bundle ended 6 days earlier than expected. Customer support was no help and said it’s not possible to unsubscribe. Paying for services you don’t need and can’t control is frustrating and unfair. Would not recommend.

It sounds like you're having quite a frustrating experience with the app, especially with the bugs and OTP issues. It's concerning that the payment was deducted without activating the package. I hope these problems can be resolved soon for you.
