Terrible experience. While the packages themselves are good, the app’s functionality is a major concern. Since the most recent update, I have been unable to log into my account. Each time I enter my phone number, the app requests a security code sent via text message; however, despite multiple attempts, I never receive any SMS code. Additionally, the complaint section within the app is not functioning, leaving no way to report or resolve this issue.

not recommended at all. they are looting people. I subscribed rox package. amount was deducted from my easypaisa account. but package was not subscribed. I provided them transaction id and also the order id through which EasyPaisa paid them. first, they didn't respond to my complain for a week. then clearly declined to admit that they receive any payment. very poor customer service. never going to use this nonsense app again. stop looting people...!

Extremely Disappointed with your pathetic and Misleading service . It is very Useful service with full of problems .I purchased a sharing package 23 December where 4 other Members can be added , I have added 2 of my friends but I am unable to add 2 more friends I registered a complaint and they said for 5 working day "It's been 6 days since I complained, but the problem hasn't been solved.
