Ratings and reviews

This application provides a very disappointing experience. Immediately after the first login, I received a call within a minute pressuring me to purchase a subscription. However, once the subscription was taken, the support completely disappeared. Despite having the Pro Supreme subscription, I am still facing unresolved issues. Calls to customer support do not connect, and there is no response or callback for inquiries or assistance. The level of customer service is unacceptable.

This app is extremely unreliable. Users are logged out randomly, and many times there is no option to log back in. There is no proper customer care or support channel available to connect with when issues occur. Profiles get locked without any clear reason or prior notification, and there is no transparency on what went wrong. Resolution is delayed indefinitely, and users are expected to resolve everything on their own.

It's a zombie app. Users will be bombarded with payment popups on start, on scroll, on emails. Once subscription amount is paid, you still see popups for higher upgrades everywhere. Experience feels like I am the only one on this app, same profile recommendations for months. No one visits my profile, no one accepts/declines requests. No new members come on this platform, same set of profiles month after month (probably fake).
