It's been 12 days since I bought Pro Max membership. I have uploaded 9 photos that includes family photo as well. My account is 97% complete (remaining 3% incomplete because they do not have the name of my college in their database). I have been sending interests to profiles who seem genuine to me. It seems they have a lot of old profiles who might be already married but they do not mind removing them from the list.Terrible app, absolutely no one reaches out to you. Matchmaking is a game 4 them

the worst application I've even seen. I purchased a pro mini subscription on 23 March. the plan clearly stated That If i get no interests back within 30 days, then I will be eligible to get full 100% moneyback guarantee. my subscription ended on 23rd April. I sent 36 interest/match request during this period, but got no interests back. and now I'm writing emails, and trying to reach support staff, but no response yet, while Their Automated chat bot says That I'm ineligible for refund .

Totally hopeless platform. They are making their customers fool. At the time of offering the membership they say 100% money back guarantee but at the time of refund opted by customers because of their poor offered service they used to say sorry' we can't refund. Every time the same matches are shown again and again despite giving feedback no improvement is shown. I will never recommend this platform to anyone.
