Ratings and reviews

This app is so frustrating to use. They have a mix & match 2 deal. When you add one it doesn't show it in a cart or order, so you have no way of knowing if you actually added the correct item. Needs a whole overhaul. It would be easy to use with the current UI if only you could see what you're ordering and where the info is being stored.

This is the worst excuse for an app. It uses the web browser. You have to start over if you leave. It doesn't save your address for delivery or your preferred location. You have to choose which one every time you order by using precise location or by entering zip even after logged in. Then it pulls up every location within a wide radius and it doesn't list the closest location first so you have to scroll to find it. Ease of use is nonexistent.

Much improved! Very pleased that Jet's has overhauled their app so that it now works for smooth ordering and redeeming rewards. It previously had been so bad that I never used it, resorting to ordering from Jet's by using the Slice app. But Slice didn't let access and use my Jet's points, being that it had its own separate rewards program.
