There seems to be an issue with either the username or password provided, even though both appear to be correct.

Useless app, never seems to work, tried putting in my login details, comes with error message wrong username or password. Tried to reset my password, no reset email comes through. Fix it up please Accor

The app is not working anymore. Every time trying to login, I got an error message username/Password is invalid. Trying to reset, but never received an email.
