Unable to report app issues on the contact form. Clicking on the fields won't bring up the keyboard to type in. I was trying to get in contact with them about a bug. When viewing transactions, upon clicking "see more", a screen shows I have not made any transactions. I was trying to report this through the Help chat bot, but clicking on any field to type in won't bring up the key board. I tried to see if they had a shake app function to report the bugs, but they do not.

Do not use this app! They will close your account for receiving payment from Facebook pay, it's a joke at best the fact that contacting the customer service is such a ridiculous task and then the choppy workings of the app itself and other services it offers are probably the worst I've seen to date. Instead of confirming that I have received payments via Facebook pay under whoever's name they suspended and then closed the account. Even After I had explained it all. Don't waste your time.

For no reason, i can do nothing. "Your Account Is Closed" is all it says at the top. I logged in one day to transfer some funds and hopefully swipe my card a few times, but no. Account is closed. I can't even complain about it, because they have no keyboard. No help or reason as to why it's been closed. I haven't done anything except transfer funds and spend money using the save card. Now, it no longer works. What happened? This is the first time I've one-starred an app.
