it's fine. don't pay for the premium. It pay gates some graphs and exporting your data. I thought the export would let me export a weekly or monthly summary but it was just a single day, which imo is pointless. plus I did not see a way to refund. even though I realized I got absolutely no value for the few bucks I spent less than 5 minutes after purchasing the premium. TIL Samsung Health does everything this does and more for free. just use Samsung health. but you can use this app too. Its fine.

Easy to use, bar code scan works well, and it's easy to modify foods if the numbers are inaccurate. Only issue is the calories don't line up properly and they can be off by up to a few hundred calories depending. So keep an eye on the macros not the calories and you'll be fine.

hate the new 2025 update. no longer can one click on the date to get back to today, menu when you click the 3 dots on the main screen has an unnecessarily long animation. worst of all they changed the top UI, knowing how muscle memory works, so you're more likely to click on the new placement of the ad. oh, I also can't remove the water intake from the bottom like before. why fix what wasn't broken?

What’s new

This update brings a complete redesign of the app to make it faster, simpler, and more intuitive to use. We've also added a new option to customize when the calorie and macro bars turn red. You can now set your own limit or disable it entirely, giving you more control over how you track your progress.
