Your Drivers do everything they can to avoid bookings, they do so by turning off their mobile data, I was late to work several times because of this, and the drivers are just lounging about, swiping down on their phones to turn off mobile data to avoid being booked, 1 of your Drivers had the nerve to tell me he doesn't care about my booking, or If I'm late. But at least I was contacted quickly for resolution to this fiasco, my hope is that this issue is permanently fixed

Good service but app developers made very strange decisions. I can't book a "reverse" ride to go back, a feature available in Maxim. Strangely unresponsive UI. Also, Favorites (⭐) are saved separately for From and To locations, which is just bizarre. I starred my hotel when I booked from it, and can't choose it as my Destination -- it only shows up in the Pickup locations!

2 stars Using this app has become so frustrating. I constantly wait for a rider, only to be messaged and asked to cancel the booking. It usually takes more than 5 cancellations just to find someone willing to provide the service, and today I was canceled on more than 10 times just to get a motorcycle. What's even worse is that some riders mark the trip as completed even though they never provided the service. This is unfair and should be addressed. Please improve your rider management.
