Ratings and reviews

Update: the drivers now claim to not be able to cancel rides, so they ask the customers to cancel it for them, which would disqualify customers of points. Either the app is very flawed, or the riders are lying. Please fix that. The rates being cheaper wouldn't matter if the drivers keep cancelling anyway. Plus you can't get updates on the driver's location because the map doesn't update when they're on their way to you

Update: 01/24/2025. Driver response has been better as of late. Tracking of driver still lagging big-time. I track for wife's safety, so major concern. Would like to access past driver's rating to change. Future maybe? Doing a good job overall. Ty. 02/18/25: OK... Getting better, but could you please make the font bold or a little larger under "heading to your destination'. I have decent eyesight but it is so very hard to see that. Ty. 👍🏼

Good service but app developers made very strange decisions. I can't book a "reverse" ride to go back, a feature available in Maxim. Strangely unresponsive UI. Also, Favorites (⭐) are saved separately for From and To locations, which is just bizarre. I starred my hotel when I booked from it, and can't choose it as my Destination -- it only shows up in the Pickup locations!
