They keep calling even though my payment isn't due yet. It's disruptive to my work. I've already made several payments and I've never been late. The interest rates are extremely high, but I can accept that. What I can't stand is the constant, repeated phone calls, they're really irritating. I won't use this service again.

Hi I just wanna ask, why is it that Juan hand is not allowing us to borrow anymore? We have been a good payer, never been late to our dues. I know as of now we have several loan app, one of the reason of this is Juan hand let us down and did not allow us to borrow from the time we really need it the most. So we don't have choice but to borrow to other lending app, I hope you can lend us again. We really need this assistance. Most of the lending app has very high interest unlike juanhand.

The loan approval process was fast and convenient, which I appreciate. But the collection reminders are too much. Imagine, receiving numerous calls 3 days before your due date. I understand the need for payment reminders, but the frequency of the calls is excessive. A little consideration for borrowers would go a long way.
