doesn't accurately report parking availability. fully knowing what's available in my city, curiously downloaded and did a search in my destination area for 1) ANY available parking within walking vicinity 2) available EV spaces in the ENTIRE city (not just my destination). only one result yielded for the former, and it was roughly 2mi from my ultimate destination. was pretty excited for the reported Android Auto support, but who cares- this app isn't even as useful as a paper tourist map

Great app, easy to use. Had to cancel a space because the owner had scaffolding being installed that day and didn't take down their advert, was very easy to cancel the booking and swap to another one using the JustPark wallet. However it seems like a refund to the original payment method is more difficult.

Terrible experience, took over twenty minutes (and not just me) to get parking paid for. SMS reminders and other options turned on by default with added fees, trying to sell insurance, even entry to competitions. Very intrusive and time consuming. Wouldn't accept Google pay at that location? I wouldn't have used it except the parking machines in the car park were not accepting cash or card. Hopefully never come across a car park that partners with this company again.
