Limited features in the English version. For example I cannot research transactions, but most importantly I cannot authorize transfers (of an higher amount compared to my limit) through Itsme. The English version of the app (the only one available for me since I don't have the French playstore) it's close to useless.

Tried activating my account on the app, going through itsme identification, jumping through all the hoops just to get an error message on the last screen and sending me back to the start. Edit: after a week or discussing with hotline, I successfully installed the app after disconnecting the Fingerprint recognition on my phone. It is a know bug. I wish they would mention it during the installation process.

Is it a joke of a programmer, or just a stupidity? Who puts a dead image between steps? Try to open an account. Then, after you almost done, it says create your pin, then for whatever reason you have a dead image "mobile", and then a page with a conditions to accept. Tell me why this page has a "back flash"? Which brings you not to "pin" page, but to dead/inactive image? From this image you have no escape! You have to start all over! Thank you very much.....!!!
