Ratings and reviews

The layout and looks of the application is good. But there are some serious problems within the app. I ordered for an amount of 51 riyals with 20 riyal coupon used. In the end I had to pay the complete amount whereas the coupon was not used. Can't login at times, always shows something went wrong. This even led to duplicate orders as we back out when it shows something went wrong and later will get a message that order has been placed.

I ordered but my order was cancelled due to some reason. But after calling 3 times and weeks of waiting they never give back my money i payed, every time they tell me it is under process this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I sure know you don't need the money or deserve it and your customer service is the worst.

The App has bugs and take the money from credit card while get message the process not completed. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad enough to request from me to pay for the same order again or pay cash on delivery, and said they will refund the money after 7 days. It was a bad experience using the app and worth customer service.
