Experience has been experience. The 1st rental was ok. This 2nd rental was a nightmare. Picked up the vehicle Wed 11/23 with no problem. But Thanksgiving morning, 11/24, it wouldn't start at all. I went the whole rental period not being able to use it and continued problems getting them to pick up the vehicle until today 11/28. The customer service tried their best but I won't be renting again.

Good experience, it was my first time renting a vehicle this way, customer service was very responsive thru email if I had any problems..they make the process smooth. Only thing tho' ...my car got booked 2 days before I had to return it, I feel like the current person with the car should be able to extend his rental anytime before his agreement ends, at least that's how I feel, but I have no complaints it was a overall great great experience..Thanks

We can understand how frustrating it is to be unable to extend when you would like and we will look into your suggestion

It's been a struggle to just sign up. The app freezes, black screen for eternity no matter what troubleshooting action applied it will not respond. However, the support staff is helpful, prompt and friendly. I give them 5 stars. If not for them I'd given up at first bump on the road. Will update review if I ever finish signing up.
